Birzia Publisher · last updated 19 October 2026
Birzia Publisher ("the app") is an internal tool of Birzia, which publishes Birzia's own videos to Birzia's own social media accounts. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Whose data
The app is used only by Birzia's team and connects only to accounts that Birzia owns or manages. It does not collect data from the public, from viewers, or from any other user's account.
What data the app accesses
- Account connection data. When a Birzia account is connected through the platform's own login screen (Google / YouTube, Meta / Instagram / Facebook, TikTok), the app receives an access token and, where offered, a refresh token for that account, and basic account information such as the channel, page or profile id and name.
- Content we publish. The videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and subtitles that Birzia produced.
- Statistics of our own posts. Aggregate numbers such as views, watch time, likes and follower counts. The app does not read comments, messages or any personal data of viewers.
How the data is used
Only to upload and schedule Birzia's videos to Birzia's accounts, and to show Birzia's team how those posts perform. The data is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models.
Google user data
Birzia Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, and by using the app you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Storage and security
Tokens are stored encrypted on a computer operated by Birzia, never in public storage, and are used only by the app. Publishing records and statistics are stored on the same computer.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept while an account stays connected, and are deleted when it is disconnected. Statistics are kept for as long as Birzia needs them to plan its publishing. Access can be revoked at any time from the platform: Google account permissions, Facebook / Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, or TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. To have the app delete stored data, see Data deletion.
